Terms & Conditions

1. Approval Requirement: All packages and facilities are subject to approval from MORA (Ministry of Religious Affairs).

2. Mashair Facilities: Facilities during Hajj Days (8th-13th Zill Hajj) are contingent upon services provided by Moalam.

3. Compliance Obligations: Hujjaj must strictly adhere to the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia during their stay. Any violation, including begging, political activities, or drug trafficking, will result in disqualification for future visits to KSA by the Government of Pakistan, in addition to legal actions by Saudi authorities.

4. ZamZam Allocation: Each Haji will receive five (05) liters of ZamZam on their return to Pakistan by designated airlines.

5. Group Movements: Hujjaj must follow group movements to “Jamarat” according to specified times for Rammi (stoning) as per Saudi taleemat (instructions) by Maktab.

6. Payment Procedure: Payments will be in Pak Rupee for Hajj Pilgrims from Pakistan, based on the Bank TT rate on the transfer date to Saudi Arabia. Payment methods differ for different categories of Hajj Pilgrims.

7. Booking Conditions: No reduction in Makkah or Madinah hotel stay is allowed, subject to flight availability. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Date Changes: All dates are subject to change due to various reasons, including changes in the Islamic/Gregorian calendar and force majeure events.

9. Passport and Visa Responsibilities: Timely submission of passports and issuance of Hajj visas by the consulate are essential. The company will not be liable for delays or rejections due to delays in passport submission.

10. Visa Charges and Taxes: Visa fees or taxes not included in the package will be borne by the Hajji. Additionally, any new taxes imposed will be payable by the traveler.

11. Airfare and Luggage Policy: Actual market airfare will be charged as per the current system/market rate. The airline’s luggage policy will apply, and any excess baggage costs will be the Hajji’s responsibility.

12. Hotel Accommodations: Clarifications about room types and occupancy in 5-star hotels are provided.

13. Hajj Training and Administrative Sessions: Mandatory attendance for Hajj training and administrative presentations is required.

14. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or substitution of Hajj packages is subject to government policies.

15. Refund Policy: After the issuance of Hajj visas, or in the event of substitution or rejection, the Hajj package becomes non-refundable.
